Founded in 1992 by the visionary Dipesh Dasadia, Transit Electronics Ltd (TEL) began its journey as DIPS Secutron. Dipesh, a fresh graduate at 23, embarked on this ambitious project with a clear vision of transforming the ELV security surveillance systems industry. Soon after, Kalpesh Shah joined as a partner, bringing his expertise and enhancing the growth trajectory of the company. Later, Kamlesh Mara Marviya also joined as a partner, further strengthening the foundation of what is now known as Transit Electronics Ltd (TEL).
