Transit Electronics Ltd (TEL), originally named DIPS Secutron, was founded in 1992 by Dipesh Dasadia. A recent electronics engineering graduate, Dipesh and his partner Kalpesh Shah (also an electronics engineering graduate) set out to revolutionise the ELV security surveillance industry. Later, Kamlesh Marviya joined as a partner, further solidifying the company’s foundation. Today, the company is known as Transit Electronics Ltd (TEL).
